Johor, also previously known as Johore in English, is a Malaysian state, found in the southern portion of Peninsular Malaysia. It is among the most developed states in Malaysia. The state major city and royal town of Johor is Johor Bahru, previously known as Tanjung Puteri ( Malay for Princess' Cape ). The old state capital is Johor Lama. Johor is encircled by Pahang to the north, Malacca and Negeri Sembilan to the northwest, and the Straits of Johor to the south which separates Johor and the Republic of Singapore. BOOK NOW |
